Women Break Workplace Records with MBAs

Interested in shattering the glass ceiling? You might want to look to business school for help.  Women with MBAs make 93% of their male counterparts, but the gap starts to show after age 30 when women drop out.  And 15 years after receiving their degree, 28% have dropped out--instead of leaning in. 

This recent infographic demonstrates more record breaking feats accomplished by women who get a Master of Business Administration. Interestinly, it doesn't list finance as a popular field.
